+Can I report violations of FreelancerDubai terms?: Yes, you can if it is legitimate. Go to the link at the bottom of the page 'Report Violation' and fill out the form. Make sure you send us a brief description of the violation and send us links to any proof that may substantiate the violation.
+How can I contact FreelancerDubai?: Please send us an email to contact@FreelancerDubai.com or use the Contact Form on our site.
+Why should I use FreelancerDubai for my projects?: Its FREE! Its easy to use. Just with a few clicks you can post your requirements and the posting appears right away. So whether you need an Accountant, Interior Decorator, a Feng Shui artist for yourself or you need something bigger - Programmer, Film Editor, Administrative help for your Office/Home Office needs you are guaranteed to find the right person for the job.
+How do I communicate with the bidder?: You can discuss with bidder by using the 'Discuss' button that appears beside the bidder. You can even go to users Profile page and find the 'discuss' button to send a message. If you use the latter make sure you mention the title/link of the project you want to discuss about.
+How do I change my account password?: You can click on the link 'edit profile' after you login (in the same box). Here you can see the fields to change your password.

Payments

+When does the project fee have to be paid?: This is FREE for a limited time. Once we have a payment gateway we will inform you and will fill in new details for this section.
+How do I pay a bidder for a project?: Once you select a final bidder both you and the bidder will receive both your contact information. After this you are on your own to negotiate with bidder and pay him on your own.

Projects

+When my project is frozen, what does that mean?: It could be you have either violated our Terms. You could also have been reported as a violator by another member. Please use the contact form to find out the cause of the problem.
+How do I award, close or extend my project?: When the project has ended you will be informed by email or you can login and check for yourself. At this point you can go through all the bids and select a bidder. You also have the freedom to select a bidder before the end date (if you have enough bids and you already like to finalize a bidder). To extend a project login first and then go to 'My Account'. Click on the project you want to extend. The click 'Edit Project' You can extend the date and add additional information for the project here.
+Can I reopen a closed project?: You cannot. So make sure you do not 'End the Project' without reason. We advise you to have a personal backup of all project postings on your local PC.
+How do I open a new project?: There are 2 ways to do this. You can just go the link on the top 'Post Project' and just fill in the details and submit. You can also 'Post a Similar Project' if there is an existing Project that you like and need the same service for yourself. Just click on the existing Project and if you are logged in you will see a link 'Post a Similar Project' . Make sure when you 'Post a Similar Project' you change the title and details a bit so bidders don't get confused.

Bidders

+What benefit do I get from using FreelancerDubai?: If you had to find someone to do your job you either have to search the Yellow Pages or have an advt in your local newspaper. This costs time and money. With FreelancerDubai with just a few clicks you are on your way. And for a limited time its FREE!
+How much does it cost to join FreelancerDubai?: It is FREE!
+Can I change my account password?: You can click on the link 'edit profile' after you login (in the same box). Here you can see the fields to change your password.
+How does the service work for bidders?: You bid for any number of projects. When the project has ended or is ended by Seller you will be informed by email. You will be send the Seller contact information. You can then contact each other and complete the project. Please make sure that you are paid in advance for the projects you work. FreelancerDubai does not enter into any negotiations after the project has ended on our system. Once the seller information is emailed to you are on your own.
+How can I communicate with sellers?: You can discuss with seller by using the 'Discuss' button that appears in the project details. You can even go to users Profile page and find the 'discuss' button to send a message. If you use the latter make sure you mention the title/link of the project you want to discuss about.

Bidding on Projects

+How do I place a bid on a project?: Click on Project and once you are logged in you can Submit a bid to the Project. Make sure you fill in all the details properly and attach any relevant files if needed.
+Can I update a bid I have placed on a project?: No you cannot. But you can discuss with seller or post a new bid.
+What if I have a question about a posted project?: Use the 'Discuss' button on the Project page. The message will be send to Seller and Seller will be alerted that you are trying to communicate with them.
+Can I estimate the cost of a project when bidding?: Yes, you are to bid on Project with cost estimate too. Without filling in the cost you will not stand a chance to be selected by Seller.
+I can’t find the “Place Bid” link to bid on a project.: You have to login to make a bid.
+Can I cancel a bid I have placed?: No you cannot.

Terms and Conditions

+What projects are not allowed to be posted?: Any projects requiring any illegal software, or illegal hacking or spam tools are totally prohibited. You are also not allowed to post a project with the intent of advertising a product, service, Web site.
+What if I am unaware of a violation I may be committing?: There is no excuse. When you sign up you have already agreed to the Terms. Please go through it carefully if you are reading this now.
+Can I post contact information?: No, you cannot post any contact information. No email, addresses or telephone numbers allowed. Any violations will lead to an immediate termination of your account.
+What happens if I violate the terms?: Your account will be terminated and all members will be warned.

Troubleshooting

+Why is my account suspended?: You must have violated our Terms or someone has reported a violation against you. If you would like to discuss this please contact us using the form on the website.
+I haven’t received any correspondence from FreelancerDubai by email.: Please send us an email with your concern to contact@freelancerdubai.com You can also use the contact form on the website to send us your queries.
+Why did the email notifications stop?: We may be on vacation. Just kidding. Please send us an email with your concern to contact@freelancerdubai.com

All you have to do is sign up with us and you are on your way to getting your job done from the comfort

1. SIGN UP: As a buyer you need to just fill in your basic information. If you would like to sell your services please upload enough information to look professional. You can be both a buyer and seller from the same account.
2. POST YOUR PROJECT: Put in all the necessary information to allow bidders to understand your project in detail. You can also modify the project at any given time during the duration of the project. If you do find the perfect bidder before the end of the project you have the liberty to select your winning bidder and end the project early.
3. BID: You can bid on any number of projects. All your bid projects can be accessed in your Account section.
4. READ MESSAGES + ANSWER PROJECT QUERIES: As a seller or bidder please check your messages often for any clarifications needed on the project.
5. AWARD THE PROJECT: Select the best bidder for your project.
6. GET CONTACT INFO AND START PROJECT: After you select the best bidder you will be automatically emailed the contact information of the bidder. It is all you need to get started on the project.
7. YOU CAN ALSO PIN YOUR BUSINESS CARD AND REGISTER: As a bidder use this board to pin your business card at any given time. If you already have a CV in your profile you have to upload your new updated CV again, so users can see your profile and CV on the homepage.
