FreelancerDubai empowers you from the comfort of your office, home office to post your requirements and get vendors to find you. Its, simple, easy to use and you can get started with FREE credits.

+Can I report violations of FreelancerDubai terms?

Yes, you can if it is legitimate. Go to the link at the bottom of the page 'Report Violation' and fill out the form. Make sure you send us a brief description of the violation and send us links to any proof that may substantiate the violation.

+Why should I use FreelancerDubai for my projects?

Its easy to use. Just with a few clicks you can post your requirements and the posting appears right away. So whether you need an Accountant, Interior Decorator, a Feng Shui artist for yourself or you need something bigger - Programmer, Film Editor, Administrative help for your Office/Home Office needs you are guaranteed to find the right person for the job.

+How do I communicate with the freelancer?

Once the freelancer get information about your project they can discuss with you by using the 'Discuss' button that appears beside the bidder. You can even go to users Profile page and find the 'discuss' button to send a message. If you use the latter make sure you mention the title/link of the project you want to discuss about.

+How do I change my account password?

You can click on the link 'edit profile' after you login. Here you can see the fields to change your password.

Payments

+When does the project fee have to be paid?

When you sign in as a new Employer you can post projects with the free credits you are allocated. Once you use up your credits you can top up using Paypal or any major credit card.

+How do I pay a freelancer for a project?

Once a freelancer shows interest in your project they will contact you with the information you have provided. So please enter a valid email id when you post projects. After this you are on your own to negotiate with freelancer and pay him on your own.

Projects

+When my project is frozen, what does that mean?

It could be you have either violated our Terms. You could also have been reported as a violator by another member. Please use the contact form to find out the cause of the problem.

+How do I close or extend my project?

When the project has ended you will be informed by email or you can login and check for yourself. To extend a project login first and then go to 'My Account'. Click on the project you want to extend. The click 'Edit Project' You can extend the date and add additional information for the project here.

+Can I reopen a closed project?

You cannot. So make sure you do not 'End the Project' without reason. We advise you to have a personal backup of all project postings on your local PC.

+How do I open a new project?

There are 2 ways to do this. You can just go the link on the top 'Post Project' and just fill in the details and submit. You can also 'Post a Similar Project' if there is an existing Project that you like and need the same service for yourself. Just click on the existing Project and if you are logged in you will see a link 'Post a Similar Project' . Make sure when you 'Post a Similar Project' you change the title and details a bit so bidders don't get confused.

+What benefit do I get from using FreelancerDubai?

If you had to find someone to do your job you either have to search the Yellow Pages or have an advt in your local newspaper. This costs time and money. With FreelancerDubai with just a few clicks you are on your way. And to get started you have FREE credits.

+How much does it cost to join FreelancerDubai?

Each project details is just 1 USD. And you have 10 USD to start and find projects you want. Once you use up the credits you can top up using Paypal or any major credit card.

+Can I change my account password?

You can click on the link 'edit profile' after you login (in the same box). Here you can see the fields to change your password.

+How can I communicate with an Employer?

Once you show interest in a project you buy the details of the project for 1USD. After this you can discuss with Employer by using the 'Discuss' button that appears in the project details. You can also find Employer's email id which you can use to communicate and negotiate the cost of the project.

Employers

+How much does it cost to post a project?

It cost USD 10 to post one project. To show that we want to provide you the best freelance service we have already deposited USD 50 in your account to get you started.

+Can I contact a freelancer for my project?

Once you have posted a project interested freelancers will contact you. Please enter a valid email id and any other contact details you need to get freelancers contact you ASAP.

+How do I post my Company Details in Bazaar?

Just login as an employer. Click on 'Advertise Service' in the My Accounts section. You already have 50 USD to post up to 2 services. Each service posting costs 25 USD.

+Can I cancel a project I have posted?

You can end it before its due date by logging into your Account.

Terms and Conditions

+What projects are not allowed to be posted?

Any projects requiring any illegal software, or illegal hacking or spam tools are totally prohibited. You are also not allowed to post a project with the intent of advertising a product, service, Web site.

+What if I am unaware of a violation I may be committing?

There is no excuse. When you sign up you have already agreed to the Terms. Please go through it carefully if you are reading this now.

+Can an Employer post contact information in their Projects?

No, you cannot post any contact information. No email, addresses or telephone numbers allowed. Any violations will lead to an immediate termination of your account.

+What happens if I violate the terms?

Your account will be terminated and all members will be warned.

Troubleshooting

+Why is my account suspended?

You must have violated our Terms or someone has reported a violation against you. If you would like to discuss this please contact us using the form on the website.

+I haven’t received any correspondence from FreelancerDubai by email.
